Contingent Extends its Global Reach to 75 Countries

For example Contingent’s team can have a properly equipped, specifically qualified technician or engineer on-site within 4 hours throughout its global services footprint. Project deployments can start with as little as 2 days notice. Contingent has a proven record of a 97% on-time onsite arrival for international visits and 95% first-visit onsite repair. Contingent maintains detailed information regarding each site visit on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and provides reports that are customized to highlight ways to improve the network and its components.

FusionStorm - Apple New Store Openings
Contingent was selected by Fusion Storm to provide turnkey retail IT installation services to its end Client (Apple) for new store openings and existing store wireless upgrade projects worldwide. Throughout the duration of this project, Contingent will install hundreds of wireless access points, supply and install thousands of feet of structured cabling and will have successfully managed personnel and logistics across 11 different countries over multiple time zones.

BT Conferencing - Onsite Cisco Installations, Troubleshooting and Repair
BT Conferencing selected Contingent to provide installations and troubleshooting services throughout South America, Europe and Middle East. BT Conferencing relies on Contingent’s LANWorX and NetMedX services featuring onsite response times starting as fast as 4 hours from receipt of the request, to keep their customers up and running. BT Conferencing routinely utilizes Contingent’s NetMedX service to provide properly equipped technicians onsite to troubleshoot, repair and test Cisco units across all of its international locations.

Masergy - New Client Activation
Masergy is a global network service provider that called upon Contingent for its NetMedX services in its international coverage areas. Contingent is responsible for managing Masergy’s onsite troubleshooting and repair needs throughout Europe and Asia. Contingent’s global services delivery team tracks, manages and deploys certified field personnel that perform various IT related tasks such as demarcation extensions and Cisco router installs. Contingent has completed hundreds of international site visits for Masergy in the last six months.

Over the past year Contingent has tripled its international services volume and massively increased its coverage areas. Contingent continues to stretch its service offerings to new regions of the globe as part of its commitment to its current and future Clients.
